I never had a battery operated nail gun, but I got tired of dragging around a compressor and hose.I used this to attach board and baton in a bathroom and it worked great. I already had Milwaukee batteries , so that is why I choose this unit. There are cheaper alternatives, but I like the reliability of Milwaukee products.

Depth settings work great. Milwaukee batteries wobble when installed if that matters; just takes away from the solidness feel of the nailer. If it bothers me enough, I’ll address that but got too much stuff to do to really care about it.

I used it in new construction and remodeling it works good except the nails get jammed in the slide every so often so i out alittle graphite on it and it’s worked perfectly ever since I live Milwaukee tools

This jams quite a bit. Bostitch nails seem to jam the least.
