Uses a proprietary battery and is not compatible with major name brands on the market. I had concerns with this but the manufacturer reached out and addressed my issues. Customer support seems to be top notch. This does seem like a decent tool. Will not quite drive 1 1/4" nails flush consistently but gets close for sure. Seems to cycle and function fine as well with no jams so far. Does have an adjustable depth dial for easy adjustment. Overall satisfied with the experience with Alloyman and their product.

When I first picked up the package it sounded like broken glass inside I opened the package and this is how I found the nails and staples with the nail gun on top of them.This is a Christmas gift. What mess

I don't have a lot of experience using these. It isn't as fast as one hooked up to a compresser,but if you look at the photos I attached, it worked well. The nails and staples were flush. The battery charged quickly out of the box. Within in two hours, but I wasn't watching it so it may have been quicker. I am happy with the purchase and like that I don't need to use a loud compresser.

In fairness, usage has been light but purchased for a larger pending project. A storage case might have been nice to have to keep the system together, but for now, the box it came in is sturdy enough to solve that problem in the near term. Might have earned a higher mark based more so on features (case) than for quality concerns (quality seems fine at this point).
