Waves Rx makes great products. I’d say be the end of the year I will have everything Waves Rx makes for PWC’s such as the SS fold anchor, tri-fenders, sand anchor spike, docking bungees, anchor lines, and bilge pods. I’d say love their products! Great design, functional and quality. You pay for what you get with Waves Rx. I have never had an issues with any of their products. The winch straps I think should have come standard on my trailer. I paid extra for an aluminum trailer but I get a cheap galvanized hook on the winch strap; why? I bought an aluminum trailer so I didn’t have to deal with corrosion. The strap itself feels so much better and stronger. The stainless steel hook shines like a piece of jewelry.

I like the construction of the strap especially the stainless steel snap. Easy to replace the old one that rusted shut.

First I will say that the strap and stainless bow hook is built really nice. However, I think because of the rating of the strap it is thicker than the factory straps for jetski trailers. After installing, there is too much material as you crank it on to the reel. The extra thickness catches the heads of the winch mounting bolts. I’ve already done some strap damage just with the install. My which is not smaller than other jetski trailers. The trailer is large enough for my 2019 Yamaha FXHO. My last strap lasted 5 years. So I’m going back to the $10 strap and will replace it every 5 years. For the price of this one I can buy 3 and make it 15 years.7/7/24: updated my review as the customer service is awesome. Like stated, the product was made well but didn’t work for my application. Their customer service made it right.

Few years ago had to replace my original winch strap because of serious rust issues, the locking clamp was seizing and it was becoming a pain to hook and unhook it.Since the hook corroded so fast, I went to look for a stainless steel version and was very surprised that could not find one. Ended up getting a new strap with a galvanized hook and sure enough, two years later, it’s just as rusted as the first one.To my surprise, this time around I stumbled upon this winch strap replacement with a 316 SS hook and ordered it right away.The new strap arrived and I am more than pleasantly surprised by the overall quality. The packaging is great, the hook is beefy and even looks great.I am so happy someone finally decided to offer a hook that won’t rust every couple of years.

After my Seadoo strap broke after two years use I have replaced it with this one. No complaints works great and appears to be of superior quality

We also bought from them pwc anchor, bungee rope, kit of pwc fender bumper and we still appreciate the quality of every bought items
