My strap has a cut in it and therefore needs to be replaced. This looked like a perfect replacement. It is very well constructed and reinforced. It is thick and will likely meet the stated break strength. No observable flaws in the manufacturing, stitching, or hook. The hook is large and the clip opens and closes easily. It should easily help take a 28' pontoon boat out of the water and keep it tight against the front of the trailer. What else can you say about a nicely engineered strap! Just what you would want and expect.In my situation, not so fast. 1) My 30+ year old wench doesn't have a bolt, so I'll need to drill one. My mistake. But I prefer how this strap is installed better than what I have. 2) When looking at the wench in more detail of how to drill/etc., half of the locking gears are missing! So I need to replace both the strap and the wench if I want to be safe. So, a word to the wise. Take a very detailed look at your strap and wench before you order. If you need a strap, this is a perfect product to order.

I haven’t pulled anything with it yet, but the stitching is well done and the hook is very secured to the strap. This is a good strap- like a seatbelt width and thicker than most towing straps I’ve bought in the past. I wouldn’t hesitate to pull anything with it.

Product was ordered 3 Jan 2025, delivered 7Jan 2025, with no damage.This Ayaport boat trailer winch strap with hook is the perfect replace strap for my 16 foot John boat. Much better than one I bought at WalMart. One of the better straps out there. I recommend this product.

Great for heavy boats. The line is very long and easy to install. The hook is very strong and rust resistant. This is a great value and works great.

This strap is tough, and the metal clasp is rugged and durable. Definitely a wise choice to upgrade the strap that was questionable from dry rot.One feature that I really wish my trailer/cranking device had, but I’ll take it out on the strap because it could have also solved the problem. I wish there was some sort of metal clip/hasp/something that will allow the strap to grab onto itself. I didn’t realize that the previous strap had some janky knot that was holding it on.I’ll have to modify my crank by drilling a hole and adding a bolt. Right now if I extended the strap, when it gets to less than 5’ left I think the strap will fly off. Your trailer is probably nicer.

Based on the build quality of this strap, the winch, the trailer, or the boat might be the weakest link! Quality materials and construction. Overkill for my application but should last a lifetime.

This strap is nicer than I expected it would be. It is made from fairly heavy nylon which seems equivalent to any quality nylon I've ever seen and felt. The stitching seems really well done and all around it is clearly well made. When I put this on my winch, I'll be trusting it with my boat's life. Definitely worth the asking price.

My boat winch strap had a hook that was very rusty and scared me that it might fail. There is no simple way to just replace the hook, that I found this kit online. Pretty simple to install just unroll the old crank in the new. Material is strong, and I have no doubt that it can withstand what it is raining for. In shopping this was the best value that I found. Not the cheapest not the most expensive, but very good for the quality that I received.
