We purchased for a project and the delivery was updated to be later, but the nail gun was delivered literally the day we needed it on the project, so we were thrilled. Better yet, it was easy to use and worked perfectly for our molding project. The charger was included, and worked fine. All in all, we were very happy with the delivery, purchase and the performance of the nail gun.

Very sturdy heavy gauge material holster for magazines. Surprisingly nice, plus the description doesn't tell you, you get 2 on delivery.

I bought this nailer for use in Europe. I was terribly disappointed to discover that the charger that came with this product was only rated for 110/120 v. Most electronic devices these days are rated up to 240 v and simply need an adapter for whatever electrical outlet you're using.

I wish I could give this zero stars. It worked great for the first thirty nails or so. Now it has stopped working all together. Receiving assistance from customer service was a joke. It takes two weeks for them to respond to an email. After two email exchanges it has come to my attention that Ryobi products purchased from Amazon are not subject to service within the warranty. I've purchased a few Ryobi products in the past and been disappointed by each one. I was hoping this one would change my mind. It has instead solidified my decision to never purchase Ryobi again. Save your time and money, purchase from a competitor.

it is very easy to use, but heavy, i used mine on some cat projects i had pending and it was awesome to have that nail gun, everything got done faster and easier

I love this nail gun. We've been updating our house and this nail gun has been a lifesaver. I originally got a brad nailer when installing board and batten in our mud room. I hated it and returned it immediately. When it came time to install new baseboards I decided on a regular nail gun. This devise saved my sanity. It's not super light, but it is easy to use and has a long battery life.

This nailer exceeded my expectations. My neighbor has an 18 gauge nailer which I have borrowed on occasion and it did the jobfor me on light work applications. But the 16 gauge is definitely what you want if you are working with heavier wood and wantholding power. I used it several times so far and absolutely love this tool. The adjustments are straightforward and afteradjusting the tool to the work on a scrap piece of lumber I was good to go. if you are contemplating purchasing a nailer, go forthe 16 gauge rather than the 18 gauge. You'll be glad you did.
