Very sturdy, easy to use, and grips well. It is a good length so you don't get burned. It folds up well, and haven't had any issues.

I bought this immediately after using a friends while on a camping trip and quickly saw how sturdy and useful it was. The build quality for the price makes it an incredible value in my opinion and it works exactly as advertised. An added bonus is that it takes up almost no space at all to add to my camping kit.

I wish I had bought fireplace tongs years ago, they make tending a fire so much easier! Seems very well made, time will tell. But so far I am very pleased. They are not so heavy that it's a strain to use, just grab a log and move it as necessary.

My husband commandeered my expensive kitchen tongs for the fireplace and I really wanted them back so I bought this hoping it would do the trick. They are excellent quality but super difficult to operate, you definitely need 2 hands unlike kitchen tongs! Even though they look fantastic, I decided to return it because of functionality.
