Bends like a piece of thread probably because it's hundreds of tiny threads of wire. I've worked with wire for years and this is this worst I have seen. Oh and copper is copper in color. This crap is silver. False advertising is illegal where I'm from.

The product has been measured, with a diameter of approximately 14mm, insulation thickness of about 3 millimeters, and copper wire diameter of around 6mm. According to online research, the diameter of a 2AWG wire should be around 6.5 millimeters. Considering that my testing equipment is only a ruler and not a caliper, I deem this within a reasonable margin of error. Therefore, I judge the wire to be compliant with standards. However, the wire does have some defects. To make it very flexible, it adopts the RVV standard, resulting in very thin diameter for each copper strand, making them prone to breakage. Hence, during installation, it's advisable to avoid excessive bending of connectors at large angles. Additionally, the manufacturing process for the insulation may result in internal copper wire breakage and indentations. The inner diameters of the connectors are 8mm and 10mm respectively. The connectors appear to be made of copper with a possible tin coating. The total length of the product, including connectors, is 95cm. The product originates from China, where such wire costs approximately 5.2 Canadian dollars per meter, and connectors about 0.8 Canadian dollars each, totaling around 11.2 Canadian dollars. Considering shipping costs, tariffs, and profit margins from China to Canada, I believe the selling price of 38.5 Canadian dollars in Canada is high, but it's the cheapest option I could find.

The cable is thick but flexible. 3 ft just as described! I bought it to plug it on an anderson plug 175A 600V, and it fits perfectly. I will recommend it.

This item had 2 very thick guage cables. One looked as expected. Cut clean and shrink was in proper place. The other was obviously missed on inspection because the cut and crimp was nasty and the shrink was non existant on one end and split open on the other. Second cable will need to be re done at my expense but now I have to go but the lug and shrink to do so. Very unhappy with this product quality.
