I installed the iSpring water filter with auto flushing module using the 50um filter. Installation of this unit as a water pre filter was straightforward and easy. The 50 µm iSpring water filter captures a lot of iron and debris from my well water before it enters my house water filtration system. The iSpring 50 µm filter gets flushed once a week and thoroughly cleaned once a year. This unit is simple and works great. I did notice a slight decrease in house water pressure with the 50 µm filter. I spoke to Sean at Customer Service and he mailed me a 100 µm filter which works great without a decrease in water pressure. Great product and Sean provided great customer service. Highly recommended product.

After three years of using a smaller manual flush version, I recently upgraded my iSpring spindown sediment filter to an auto flushing model. The convenience is fantastic, and having it flush daily has helped maintain excellent water flow with minimal effort required on my part.Once installed, my son, whose desk is near the filter, noticed the valve was not always closing fully, which caused a small drip of water into the drain. I contacted Customer Service, and Julius quickly shipped out a replacement auto flush module. It has worked flawlessly for over a month, so I am confident it is functioning as designed.Overall, these iSpring filters have helped my appliances and fixtures stay sediment-free and flowing, and I am now doing it with very little effort.

I highly recommend iSpring. The quality of the water is everything you want.Recently, we built a house with well-water. I installed (myself) a multiple stage system. When I had a minor issue with the spin-down sediment filter, Julius, at iSpring responded immediately and is sending out a new unit!!Before this, I'd been using iSpring products for a long time. I had a Reverse Osmosis unit in our first house that was great. After years of use I needed a new part (not the normal filter replacement, I think it was a backflow preventer) and customer service back then helped me find the correct part I needed. AND they sent it out at no charge!!Also, while we were building the house, I moved installed the RO system in the apartments we lived in. I know this isn't a review of the RO system, but it was easy to install and the water was immaculate.

Easy to install if you have plumbing knowledge. The 50 micron screen ended up too fine for my water quality. Nick at customer service got me what I needed for my sediment issue. Between the fantastic customer service and the quality products, no reason to buy anything else!

After years of replacing disposable filter cartridges every week and sometimes more often, we finally decided to try one of these spin down flushable filters. We were very impressed with the quality of the iSpring filter... straightforward installation and operation, and it works extremely well. A little too well in our case... we should have gone with the larger micron cartridge as it plugged up several times daily because of all the debris in our water supply. But we contacted customer service (US based, big thumbs up) and Julius was fantastic... they sent out the 100 micron replacement, even shipped free of charge to Canada.The larger micron cartridge works so much better for us. With the automatic flush set to once per day we have no more plugging. However, if you have a lot of debris or sediment I recommend going with the larger WSP-ARJ model which come with up to a 200 or even 500 micron cartridge. Spring and fall are worse times with our artesian well and we may need to do that yet. I wish we would have contacted iSpring beforehand and explained what we required, as I'm sure they would have advised us what was best.I must say there are not too many companies that impress me these days but this is definitely one of them. We may be expanding our water filtration system in the future and will not hesitate to buy from iSpring again, and of course highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality product and service to back it up.

The catchment area for our private water supply filters through extensive peat hillsides and results in high amounts of particulates and quite strong tannin colouration. The high particulate levels mean that we have to change our 30 micron and 5 micron disposable every month or so. This is rather costly. So we decided to try adding a 50 micron iSpring spin down filter to "protect" the next stage filters from getting clogged too quickly.We bought the iSpring WSP50ARB Spin Down Sediment Water Filter in Nov 22 and it has now been operational for a few weeks.Pros: Excellent quality, great innovation, superb customer service (Canada to Scotland). Very easy to install (although NPT threaded connections aren't quite as common in the UK). The digital control unit is very straightforward to set-up, and the automatic spin down operation easily cleans the sediment that is collected by the filter. It is a bit too soon to judge how well it protects the next stage of filtering. But, nonetheless, I would wholeheartedly recommend it!Cons: absolutely none.Please note: the iSpring WSP50ARB Spin Down Sediment Water Filter is not designed to remove tannin colouration from water supplies. I have to employ an additional filtration stage to need this requirement.

Have yet to fit it but looks bloody excellent and well made. Nothing like this, with auto-flush, for this price. You will need to get an adaptor for UK use ( NPT to BSP thread) and I'd highly recommend Pipe Fittings Direct at about a £5 each. Other places will try and rip you off for £30+ !!
