This is the 11-stage RO filter setup with UV sterilization and alkaline remineralization stages. Everything is pre-packaged in a way to ease installation but kind of a pain if you're planning to add a permeate pump or branch out the lines before/after the remineralization stage (to get regular RO water for things like a coffee maker or other cooking needs while getting mineralized water for drinking).Overall, while it's assembled rather well, it's still quite bulky. I was surprised that the 4-gal tank isn't the most imposing component. The 3-stage primary filters at the bottom of the kit dominate the space. The RO, UV, ALK, and PAC units mounted horizontally on top are quite a bit smaller. That said, the entire kit will fit in the cabinet under a common double sink under the one WITHOUT a garbage disposal. If you have a garbage disposal under one sink, space will be tight (at best) on that side so plan to install on the opposite side.I'm pretty bad at plumbing but installation was actually rather easy thanks to most of the work already being done with the 1/4" tubing and quick-connect fittings. It took me MAYBE 90 minutes start-to-finish (plus the fill/flush process afterwards). The hardest part was connecting the tubing to the included faucet which, in hindsight I could have made easier by fishing the tube up through the retention nut, the countertop, the top washer then onto the faucet stem before securing the faucet to the countertop. Instead of the included drain "saddle" I opted for a "Y" tube that fits inline with my dishwasher drain into my garbage disposal - no cutting required.I opted to add a permeate pump, as well. That requires some re-routing of some of the pre-installed tubes but isn't all that complicated once you understand how it works and where each tube comes from and goes to. Overall, that reduces the wastewater by a significant amount (sorry - I don't have before/after stats). It also reduces the total fill time from 2-3 hours to about 35 minutes and makes flushing/priming new filters a LOT quicker.I did have one faulty connection in the system that needed to be fixed and it was one of the factory-installed ones. The "T" that feeds the PAC (the final filter) and the tank wasn't seated correctly and leaked straight away. I simply removed the tube, re-cut the end, and reinstalled it - job done! No leaks of any kind after that.I also opted to NOT physically mount the unit inside the cabinet. I know filter changes are going to be a pain so I simply left it sitting on the bottom of the cabinet with enough slack in the tubes to remove it to the floor in front of the cabinet. From there, I can disconnect all my tubes that go back under the sink and re-work the filters up on the counter or in the sink, as needed. The municipal water supply where I live is actually already pretty good. I just wanted better tasting water. We've used a drip-type filter for a few years and it does an okay job but I'm still finding a slightly "off" taste occasionally. This RO system TOTALLY removes any hint of weird odors/tastes and is better than many bottled waters I've had. Fiji is as close as it gets.Get yourself a glass pitcher, fill it regularly, and keep it chilled in the fridge. OR get a "T" tap off the feed to the RO faucet and feed it into your in-fridge water supply for the best ice and water you'll ever taste.

I didn’t post a review when I first bought it, I’ve waited a year and here are my thoughts1. Filtration: does everything it says it does and does it well. This was a gift to my in laws and they didn’t change any filter for a year. DO NOT FORGET TO CHANGE THE FILTERS. See my pictures.2. Taste: like the fountain of youth. The water is almost sweet and tastes better than purified water.3. Ease of set up: not the easiest, but also not too difficult if you’re mildly competent. The documentation they give you is very extensive. Read it front to back before you even start unwrapping everything else. The hoses are color coded so you’d have to be thick in the head to mess that part up. The only part that may give you trouble is drilling into your drain pipe and counter top of you do not already have a hole for a faucet.4. Changing filters: easy. Took me less than an hour.5. Noise: can make noise due to air on first set up but it goes away after flushing.6. UV bulb. It gets hot, like others have said. Honestly, it’s my only regret. We’re on city water and frankly, unless you have a very specific need for it, you probably don’t need it. Also, unless you’re an electrician or have any handyman skills, you have to find a way to route power to the bulb that doesn’t require unplugging your garbage disposal. I wish there was an easier solution but it is what it is. What’s great is that you can buy the one without the UV, and if you find yourself needing it, you can buy it separately and add it on.7. Size: Fits perfectly under the sink with plenty of room to spare. Make sure you layout the filter and measure the hoses before you start just cutting and connecting8. Leaks: no faulty fittings or leaks. Any leaks I did find were my fault for not connecting the hose properly or wrapping enough plumbers tape. I caught it on initial set up and it hasn’t leaked at all in the past year. Even still, it has a leak detection fail safe which I tested and works perfectly. Conclusion: 9.5/10, definitely recommend. I bought 2 and both have held up really well. You probably don’t need the UV, but to each their own.

Very professional packaging to insure nothing was damaged. The user guide and installation was very informative. It took me 48 minutes to completely install. It came with a little bag labeled extra parts which was handy because I overtightened one of the fittings and cracked it.I live in a tiny apt. Everything fit compactly under my sink with room to spare. I can easily Uninstall this unit and take it with me if I chose to move. Before this unit was installed my TDS reading was just under 400 ppm with slightly orangish tinted water. Now , after the install my TDS is 52 ppm with crystal clear water. I suppose that's the minerals added from the filter. The water is definitely oxygenated you can physically see it. The taste is smooth and pure, better than any water I have ever purchased. The unit will more than pay for itself quickly and I no longer have to lug and refill those heavy 5 gallon jugs around.I filled my ice trays with this system and the ice cubes were crystal clear see through.I am very happy with this purchase and anybody can install this themselves the instructions are in color with detailed pics for every step. They also privide videos on their website & you-tube.I highly recommend this company.

Excelente producto.

It’s been installed for about 2 weeks and I can’t get more than 1/4 cup of water at a time. The holding tank is not priming.Edit: after a year of using it and it not providing more than a gallon of water at a time…it’s now working perfectly after changing the filters…I think the filters were the problem from the beginning. It provides wonderful water and my iron levels have gone back to normal after using the RO water. Thanks for a wonderful product.

Deberian aclarar que aunque tengas bomba presurizadora en tu casa no es suficiente para que el sistema funcione. Tuve que comprar una booster pump y son caras.

I bought this RO unit for lowering the hardness of my well water for a fish tank. And also for drinking water and making ice. It does make a noticeable difference in the taste of the water, I have not run a full set of water tests since installing to see what the improvement really is.I bought the RO unit thinking that it would have a higher capacity than it does since it is marketed as a 100 gallon per day unit. The manual says it is closer to a 20 gallon per day which is disappointing for the price. The setup and flushing process is odd and requires an extensive amount of flushing cycles and refills, much more than the 10 minutes of flushing that most RO units require. The procedure given by the manufacturer takes several days to complete and wastes close to 100 gallons of water to do the initial flushes of the filters and holding tank.I had to reach out for support from the manufacturer since I found some of the parts referred to in the installation manual were missing. The manufacturer did not offer to send the missing pieces and said it would work without them. The faucet that comes with the system is also different than the one in the pictures and in the instructions
