This is smooth tape, no irritation on the fingers. Is very sticky to the ball, so don't come off. I have bowled a whole series with the same pieces. Doesn't leave any residue on your fingers..I love that it comes in a nice handy case so you don't loose them or have the everywhere! Will def. buy again.

This could be a plus or minus for you. For me, having to take rubbing alcohol to my thumb after every bowling session to remove the residue isn't great. On the plus side, it shouldn't fall off while bowling.

When I bowl my knuckle hurts on my ring finger of my bowling hand. I apply this tape around my finger for support. It works great. The package gives me enough tape for the season.

It works exactly like it is supposed to. The only down side, which isn't a huge one, is it leaves residue on your finger once the tape is removed.

My daughter was having problems when bowling of the corner of her thumb and finger being torn a bit while throwing the ball down the lane. This tape solved that problem. She said it is comfortable and no worries about the tape peeling off until you need it to. Great fix for a common problem.
