I use these to protect the top side of my two fingers. The finger inserts in my bowling ball(s) were causing my fingernails to deform, probably just me. Since using them my fingers are better. They are very thin so they are a little challenging to apply without curling the edges. Have not noticed any changes in my release, although my average has gone up a few points.

I am not a bowler that carries a ton of gear. We all know those bowlers that bring a tackle box of different tapes, tools, etc. This tape works for me. I put in on the outside of my thumb directly instead of inside the ball, and it sticks on my thumb throughout practice and my three league games. Helps me release smoothly with no damage to my thumb.

Glue was sticker than other tape that I had used. Seemed like good quality, but when removing it left a sticky glue on my thumb every time. Never had this before.
