This valve failed within 3 months of installation. This item should last multiple years. Don't waste your money on this.UPDATE: The seller graciously offered a full refund on this product and I accepted this offer. Revising the rating from 1 star to 3 stars. I can't offer five stars due to the inconvenience of having to acquire and replace this part on my car once again.

Went to install it, but first tested it. Does not change states with 12 volts applied. This unit is defective. Buyer beware.
