This is the 2nd time I've gotten these I love them so much. I did size up to a large, I'm 5'2" and about 140 lbs. But the recommended size would be medium per my measurements. I have a big bumm and thicker thighs but these look pretty cute with my build even when I wasn't working out. Full coverage without making me feel a million years old. With a very wide gusset, I'm never falling out anywhere. Probably gonna try some of their other styles at this point. I've washed these same 5 pairs pretty much every week for a year with no signs of damage, only some slight color fading.

Size up - the band is a little tight around the waist! Other than that I use for sports and these knickers keep me comfortable and secure

Be aware that you need to size up, I wear a medium, weigh 140 lbs. and ended up having to get an XL.Things I love about this underwear:1. They are comfortable around my legs2. Enough material for coverage.3. I love to wear boyshorts and these almost feel that way.Things I dislike:1. The huge elastic band folds over if you have any tummy even at 2 sizes up and that's uncomfortable2. They shrink so size up at least 2 sizesI placed 2 orders of the XL and returned 1 unopened set. I worn the 1st XL set for a few weeks and realized that the thick elastic band was uncomfortable when it folds below my belly, and it causes belly roll to show something I would rather hide. It's worst as the underwear shrink. Just a few things to consider.I think If I had a flat belly the elastic band would not be an issue. But let's be real, we are all made beautifully different.
