Back has to be up against fixed surface. Had to make two metal brackets to support the back.

The seat itself came in great condition and didn’t have any noted defects. However upon installing the seat the bolts for the backrest fell were threaded into the bottom section and the threads themself were not glued in and went into the seat. I now have a seat back with three holes in it and have lost the threads and bolts inside the seat backing with no way to retrieve the bolts, my only option to do it the right way is to tap new threads into the holes but i will unfortunately have to live with the sound of bolts jumping inside the seat back.
