I got a women's size 8 and they run pretty true to size when compared with my regular hiking sneakers. I could have sized down for a "closer to the toes" fit, but there is a slight possibility the heel cup would have been a bit narrow. I have a narrrow heel and wide forefoot and these are shaped like they were made for my kind of foot. They are suprisinglty secure and comfortable. Holes in the sides as well as the soles allow water to drain away so you're not slogging around in it when you exit a stream, and as someone with naturally sweaty feets the extra air is appreciated. You can get a bit of debris in there if it's super super fine, but you'll get that with literally any shoe you wear in the water that isn't a rain boot. The material dries fast and the rubber sole flexes easily and has pretty decent grip. You could easily use this as a yoga or a light gym shoe. It has "toe" shapes but not individualized toes, and I love that the rubber of the sole extends up a bit to protect the delicate ends of your toes from banging into things. Overall a nice shoe, sufficiently minimalist while still offering some protection and support.

When I received this, my first thought was that they don't look very comfortable. However, once I tried them on I was very pleasantly surprised. They're a lot more comfortable than my old neoprene water shoes. And a lot lighter too. It's the middle of winter here now so I can't really go wading around in a stream, but given the construction of the sides of the shoe, they'll definitely drain water fine - it looks like there's a foam grid, covered by mesh on the outside and standard synthetic fabric on the inside. The insole is also made of a gridded foam, and then there are a few small drain holes in the bottom of the shoe. The main part of the shoe looks to be glued to the sole. How long this will last, I don't know. It seems to be a weak point vs a sewn construction. My main durability concern is the laces. The holes for the laces aren't reinforced except with a thin layer of rubber paint over the whole area. I can see that a couple of the lace holes are already starting to deform. I'm very concerned that these will tear out.As I mentioned, the shoe is very comfortable. Most of this seems to come down to the insole which isn't too soft or too firm. The front of the shoe also has a generous amount of room for your foot without being sloppy. Sizing seems to run accurate. I wish the tongue were at least partially attached. It has a tendency to slide around and is only vaguely kept in place by a loop the laces go through. My pair of men's size 9 (42 EU) weighs 15.4 ounces which is a bit heavier than I'd hoped as I was considering these for camp shoes when backpacking.

I can never have enough of these Minimalist shoes. These did not disappoint. The color was exactly as advertised and they are true to size. You're a great value and I can get them in multiple colors. They are incredibly comfortable although they don't provide support to your upper foot. There are decent quality and the ones that I've had have stood the test of time except for when my dog chewed them up

I ordered my usual size, and they were at least a size too big. They'd be comfortable for hanging out by the water, but I wouldn't wear them for hiking. There's not enough support for a rugged trail.

They are praised for their comfort, quick drying, and ease of movement. However, some note that the sizing runs a bit small and recommend checking the size chart carefully before purchasing.

These barefoot shoes have a molded footbed that follow the shape of my foot. The elastic laces have a locking mechanism so they don’t need to be tied, and the laces stay tight while wearing them. They have nice arch support and a lot of room for your toes. I wear silicone toe spreaders and have plenty of room. I ordered a ladies size 8-1/2 and received a size 40 (normally 8-1/2 is equal to a 39), which is a little larger than I would have preferred, but they can be cinched up enough that it isn’t really a problem. So, if you order these, consider ordering a half size smaller, unless you like a particularly roomy shoe. The tongue is wide enough to stay centered during use.
Loved it!

Go down a full size when buying. I got my usual shoe size and it's way too big. Now I'm stuck with them because returns are too much trouble. 🙄

These are a really cute water shoe, with nice padding around the ankles that make them seem more comfortable than other water shoes. They look more like a sneaker from a distance, and have a well padded sole to walk from a car parked on a road to the beach. They have an elastic cord lace to adjust the tightness. Unfortunately, they run too large. I usually wear a women's size 9. They didn't have that size, so I sized down to 8.5 since I want my water shoes snug anyway. They are still at least a half size too large. Inside the shoe, it says 40, which is usually a 9 in US sizes, so I don't think they converted right. I'd have chosen sizes better if they just listed the euro sizing.
