I bought this tv because I heard that Vizio is great brand. Well it got delivered by FedEx and was left in the rain. The tv keeps turning off randomly and I physically have to get up to turn it back on. I reached out to customer service and they were no help. They want me to bring the tv to a UPS store but I don’t drive and don’t have a way. No remorse on the representatives part. Unbelievable! Buyer beware when you get a defective tv and you don’t drive you’re screwed!!!

Everything is perfect, but for abominable sound.Whether poor speakers, poor sound hardware, and/or poor sound software, the sound is mush.Especially poor dialog vocals often wholly overridden by effects sounds.First among my four Vizio tv's to offer sound less than sterling clear.Pic is great in every way.Sound is terrible.

There is not much to say other than I wasted time putting this TV on the wall never expecting it to be delivered broken. When I opened the remove "zip lock" it was clear the remote was used.
