Defective product; screen scrambled; no set up procedures; no clarity; only sound is “on” when turned on, and “off” when power off.I want a refund on the product.

Return sat 3 days at return center of Amazon then it was delivered to the same place. Been 12 days now, no replacement available, only return, no refund, it's being "processed". All I wanted was a smart TV. Vizzo are normally great tvs. Just buy new. Don't buy Amazon renewed.

Sturdy but light weight. The picture is awesome. Easy set up! Highly recommend.
