I bought this as a Father's day gift for my husband and he used for a couple times in the last few weeks and it no longer works. I'm very disappointed in this product. Not sure what happened if it was a manufacturer defect or just a bad product? Your help is appreciated!!

Fantastic piece of equipment. Must have around the house! I use it to pull a 1,700 lbs. trailer into a confined area up a steep slope. Worked fantastic! No more sore back!

Product seems to work well… I was able to hang it from a 1/2” eye bolt, and lift my 490# boat… it is a little slow compared to my harbor freight atv winch (which I hung in my attic for lifting)The worst part about it is the reaction time… when you click the up/down button… it’ll lift… but then when you let go, there’s a half second where it continues it’s action… so it makes putting my boat down gently a bit of a challenge… other than that, no issues… has a remote with a special battery size to it, looks like it’s half the length of a AA battery… remote works well
