Great for cutting to size for your thumb or fingers for bowling. The adhesive on the tape is rather strong. I almost feel like I'm waxing my thumb when I pull the tape off at the end of the night. I personally think the tape last a long time. I tend to use 1 to 3 inches at a time depending on my hand swelling for bowling.

It sticks ok but not good for bowling as it shreds don’t waste your money get a name brand tape
