This little USB headphone works as expected. I use it for work on the daily conference. The microphone volume is weak, however, I put close to moth, it works out ok.I like it b/c it is small and easy to carry. And the extra long wire helps when I am moving back and forth.- Hang

These earbuds have great sound for the price and they are pretty comfy in the ears. They were fast shipping also. The reason I am giving a 4 star is because I get tiny shocks to the ears periodically. Its the oddest feeling. Returning them seems like a pain so I will deal with it.

I bought these headphones to use for work. I started using them on Monday. They worked great and I was happy with them....until 4 days later. On Friday of the same week all of a sudden my work phone would not work and a "volume" icon (which I did not figure out what it was until Monday) and would not clear off of my screen. I was unable to move it or close it and it was blocking part of my screen. I tried to move the headphones to a different USB port to see if that was the issue. When I unplugged them I discovered that the icon disappeared and when I plugged them back in it reappeared. Thinking that it was something with my phone settings I called my IT department. After a b out 30 minutes in the phone with him checking all my settings, including anything to do with the master volume on my computer we were able to determine that not only did the icon go away when I unplugged it, but it went away when I would hold the mute button on the headset. We then determined that the while issue was the headset, nothing to do with the phone. I immediately called the tech support for the headphones and they gave me a refund right away.

Got this to prevent having to swap headsets amongst several work stations in my office. Great product. Cord is long, ear buds are comfortable and fit well enough that it mimics over-ear muffs with blocking external sound (not active noise cancelling, but very good). Not only would buy again, but have already done so...one for my laptop so I don't need to haul my over-ear gaming set on travel, one as spare, and gave as part of "small employee gift bag" for the holidays (and are being widely used)..

When I use the headset as a microphone it sounds very quiet and I would have the volume turn all the way up for me, but I still sound so quiet to other people. No one could hear me. But it's awesome as a normal headset with no mic. I wish the mic worked. Disappointed the mic didn't work as good as the ear buds.

I just received these and when I attempted to use them there is a constant crackling sound and apparently when I spoke I was cutting in and out and others could not hear me. I tried moving the cord to see if it was a connection issue, unplugging and replying, etc and the sound will only go away for a second or two before returning. I was really hoping these would work. They are comfortable which is great as I am on the computer most of the day.

El cable es bastante largo, lo cual es algo que estaba buscando, siento que la calidad de audio es mala, aunque no se nota, después de un rato me ocasiona dolor de cabeza, y con audífonos apple no pasa eso incluso con mayor volumen. Pero en general buen producto.

La verdad que fue una mala compra, fuera de que tienen puerto USB, en realidad la experiencia de usarlos en una pc es muy mala, el sistema no los detecta automáticamente como con otros audífonos, los controles de volumen no funcionan y el mute tampoco, el micrófono hay que colocarlo muy cerca de la boca o gritar para que te puedan escuchar correctamente en una video llamada. La verdad me arrepentí de no haber invertido en unos audífonos de mejor calidad

El micrófono apenas si se escucha. Pareciera que estás en un túnel, hay mucho eco y te escuchas distante.
