Fits and works great with my Maytag dryer. Product was affordable and is working well, thus far.

an easy fix, lots of you-tube videos of how to open up the back of the dryer... thought it was the fuses, but it was the heating element. this one looks exactly like the original, and was a quick install. back in business and it's like I have a new dryer..... it now dries in HALF the time!

Only lasted 8 months before I had to replace it. I blame this on people not cleaning the lint filter before each use however can we have a product a little more durable than that?

Would give zero stars if I could. Lasted one month and burned out leaving an entire load of clothes needing to be dried. Horrible quality, would not recommend would never buy again.

I liked that the heating element in my Kenmore clothes dryer was very easy to change out. This heating element was an exact replacement for the old, broken one.

Well, it does the job and it's pretty inexpensive and easy to install, but we're on our 3rd one and they die every 5 months pretty much like clockwork.

Item as described and at an excellent price. Is now installed and dryer is running like a top.Update (April 2022): So I got 2 very good years from the element, certainly not what I would expect on a more expensive OEM part, but not bad given its low price. Judging from the scorching visible, it appears as if some dryer lint got inside the heater box and burned up, creating a hotspot on one of the coils. I did a spring cleaning last year and was just about to this year when the unit failed. So my advice, if you replace your element, this part is fine, just be sure and clean your heater box and your dryer well to mitigate the possibility of lint burning your element up. Like I said, these cheaper elements are ok but they are much less tolerant of a lack of routine cleaning, so I suspect that if you keep your dryer clean, keep your vents clear (including your lint trap after each load!!!) and don't over do it with huge loads, you should get some decent mileage out of these lower priced heating elements.
