I was hesitant to purchase this product because it is not a factory replacement. It has worked perfectly and has been more reliable than the original one that came with my switch.

I purchased two of these. I had an issue with one of them. It stopped working when I switched it to a different TV. It started working again. Other than that, it works as advertised.

The cords that came with it were completely incorrect and frustrated me. Used the power cable that came with it but it didn't turn on and the hdmi cable didn't work either when I plugged it in correctly but the switch screen did not show up on my TV.

It does what it's supposed to do, mostly! The docking station works, but any vibration or movement causes the video feed to go out. It has to sit in the dock just right. If it shifts at all in the dock you lose connection to the TV and it can be a pain to get it to sit in the right spot. I've used my kids docking station and it doesn't have the same issue.
