Looks exactly like the factory one it replaced. Also, I replaced the grommet with Dorman Help 42058. Kind of a tight squeeze but with a little lubrication it slips in with a snug fit.

This was a perfect fit on a 2000 Land Cruiser. Easy install and part looked just like the OEM that it replaced.

Perfect Toyota quality. Don't skimp on important parts like a PCV valve, use the best to get your Toyota to 500k miles. Plus this is cheaper than most aftermarket offerings in the parts stores.
