I have been using it for some time now and so far it functions the way that it is supposed to. Nothing has chipped off or The holes I have made in it from using a pricking iron or other cutting/poking device have yet to produce missing chunks of materials.I can rub my hands over the surface and it still feels smooth. I only wish It came in a bigger size.

This pad is great. It really helps absorb sound and makes leatherworking easier. I do small projects so this is perfect for me.

This is a great punching pad. Love this rubber board. It has reduced the movement and noise that is coming off the table that I work on. It is also protecting the surface of my leather. This is large enough for the projects that I work on.

To soft not enough sturdiness, irons go to deep and when you try to pull them out you end up tearing the leather, went back using cutting board and a piece of leather to punch on
