Originally I bought these and one of them didn't really work, it made her happy and that was enough for me to leave it at that.I left a review of my experience and was reached out to by the company and they sent me a free replacement and apologized for the factory defect.I'm updating my review as the quick response, shipping time, and good quality of the company paired with the fact the new bracelets work very well is a refreshing experience.

If you’re looking for something easy to use, this isn’t it. Make sure you and your partner are nowhere near each when setting up. One bracelet would only connect at a time. Tried 2 different phones. You also can’t clear your Totwoo app. How you would most apps. It completely disconnects your bracelet and has to be set back up. Not worth the hassle for the price honestly not at all what I expected or does what it says in the name title.

Hardware is great looking and built well. Any teenager with a PC and an understanding of how github works could patchwork software together better than this. Why put all this useful tech into use if your going to write b league software for it. This could be very cool with many more uses but, this kind of stuff is only as good as it's software.Bluetooth connection is very very poor. (Bluetooth tech is antiquated)When it does send the "thinking of you" to the other bracelet it can take 20 or 30 minutes for it to arrive. Approximately 1 out of every 3 messages sent never arrive. Bracelet will also receive false message often. My wife and I can be sitting next to each other and the bracelets receive messages never sent or failed messages from hours earlier. (Hard to tell which honestly)Unboxing was a good experience. Packaging is pretty and similar to cell phone unboxing.All in all it's a very cool gadget when it works but can be disappointing.

There wasn't any instruction how to use them. It was difficoult to make them ready. The Bluetooth sign is very weak, not easy to connect. So it wasn't a good present. They cannot use them constantly. I won't offer it to anyone.

They are pretty, but the clasp is hard to get on and off. I also thought the braclet would light up, but it just sent a text message. Not worth the price.
