Versatile grill tool that I use while working in a restaurant kitchen. This grill scraper has a sharp edge that works great for getting stubborn foods like American Cheese off a griddle as well as detailed cleaning of the grill throughout the day. It's also great for slicing cooked meats directly on the grill using a straight downward motion. That's very convenient when preparing salads as it eliminates the need of both a cutting board and a knife, conserving time and extra cleanup steps. The handle has a full, evenly beveled tang and is easy to hold and maneuver. Before the first use - as well as once daily before using - I oil the wooden handle to prevent it from absorbing water.

This item is very sturdy and easy to clean. The wooden handle is comfortable. It does the job as expected. I would recommend it to a friend.

Strong and durable for use on my Blackstone grill. One of the pins was lose and in the bag with the scraper but was easy enough to add a touch of glue and hammer it back into place.
