This is a nice rolling pin bc it has the attachments to roll the dough evenly. It makes it super nice for cookies to come out perfectly even when you bake them.

I threw out my last ancient wooden rolling pin long ago and used a glass to roll out dough when I needed to (which was as little as possible).I haven’t used this one yet but I like the fact that you can control the dough thickness with the washer measures on the sides.I’ll never be a pastry chef but I like the ingenuity of this roller and I was glad to add it to my gadget drawer.
