It's a really nice tv. The picture is very clear and it runs smoothly. I've got no complaints, set up was fast and easy. My old tv would power off, by design, when paused for too long. I hated that function, it was not controllable by the settings, however this tv is perfect. It only goes to the screen saver when paused and I don't mind that.The remote is pretty large. Not necessarily a con but an observation. The user interface is pleasant. It does a good job customizing suggestions for entertainment. And you can customize the app line up. Overall I would purchase again.

Best 32” Sony TV around. Already has Netflix, HBOMax, Prime and you can install other movie apps as well - No need for a Firestick. I loved this TV so much that husband purch same TV 3 days later and at a Lighting Deal that was $50 less. Great color, clarify and audio. Only 11 lbs so very moveable. Highly recommendthis slick 32” TV. Sony is the best for color and clarity and User Friendly characteristics. We had a 62” Samsung before and Id never purch another Samsung again. You wont be dissappointed with this 32” Sony.

Easy set up. Picture is really nice and clear. Google assistant ok, I am not good with it yet. I couldnot add my PBS app or Hallmark. Not sure if they are supported by Google or Sony. Will have toinvestigate more. Good TV for the price. No external speakers used, TV speaker is fine.

Will NEVER buy another Sony product!! Received this TV expecting a "WOW" due to Sony's reputation. When it arrived, everything was ok. When I changed channels on the cable box (Verizon Fios) the audio/video was out of sync. Had to turn TV off and on again. Changed channels again ang got the same results. Called customer svc. and was switched to a level 2 tech. He checked a few options and said,"our built-in apps (you tube, etc) are working ok, it's your cable box's problem. I totally disagreed and argued with him.(Edward). Called Amazon cust.svc. and was told to send the TV back and they'll send a new one. Great!! Got the new one, set it up and lo and behold!! Exact same problem! Called Sony cust. svc. again and was sent as far as a level 4 tech. He did the exact same proceedures and came to the exact same conclusion but this time I had them. I hooked up the first set to my living room cable box where my LG oled is hooked up to and got the same audio/video lag problems! Told the level 4 tech that it's probably the HDMI ports that are attached to the mother board. He had me take a 5 second video on my phone and send it to them so they can send it up to a level 5 engineer and get back to me. 3 days and no return call. By the way, I asked each service rep at each level if Sony would refund my money. " Sony does not refund any money"!! My advice: Beware of Sony and their service reps. They'll say that everything BUT the Sony TV is causing the problem.

It was three HDMI outlets which covers my PS4 Pro, PS3 and Switch, but it even has red, white and yellow outlets so I can hook up my PS2 without an HDMI converter. Color and sound are amazing and the settings are good to go out of the box. There's a setting for Gaming, but the Standard setting looks better to me at the moment. The initial brighness was too high for me so had to turn it down to 12, but hey you can adjust it easily so it's all good. Really happy with my purchase!

This 32" TV has the same remote as even their flagship models. I see no issue with the remote like others reported. The buttons are laid out and easy to use. The menu on Sony's is where some may have trouble. Sony products are typically feature rich and thus require more levels in the menu to access everything. I find this to be a plus.If note, 32" TV's all have relatively the same hardware spec. I feel LG, Samsung, and Sony are the top 3 brands to buy. LG didn't have an updated 32" model at the time of purchase (outdated) and for theblacknif customer support and numerous issues I have had from across their product line no longer purchase Samsung products. The Sony is more expensive but functions flawlessly in my master bedroom. The similar menu and same remote as in my living room's 55" made it a welcome replacement to the old Samsung TV.

I use it for my computer and for watching free digital HD over-the-air TV broadcasts. Some TVs have no TV tuner and seem geared for Pay TV. This TV can do that as well as free over-the-air TV with a decent antenna, my antenna is on the roof. I'm currently getting 37 channels and sub-channels as a consequence. I'm in Montreal Canada and I get Burlington Vermont U.S., 75 miles away. This TV will save you money if you don't like Pay TV like me. It can also be wall mounted. It has all the bells and whistles and Google apps. It has surround sound which is very good for this 32-inch size. You can connect to the Internet by ethernet cable or by WiFi. It's exactly what I expected being a Sony TV and worth every penny.

I ordered this TV for my dad. He loves it. Beautiful colour and picture quality He loves using the voice command remote control too. Most times, advanced technology confuses him. Unfortunately, I live on the other side of the country so i've been spending multiple hours over the phone trying to help him with the initial set up. It's been over a week now and i'm still helping him get all his TV channels in.In conclusion. Great TV. I highly recommend but it might not be suitable for a senior citizen if you're not around to help them set it up and explain how smart TV's operate.
