Nice, comfortable, simple application for secure grip for side-handles that has a slot on top and bottom for this strap. I have carpal tunnel and this strap gives me added support to my grip on the side-handle when using my video rig. Unfortunately, i went with a simpler grip that does not have the slots for this strap so it was returned. Looked at other wrist straps and they require an extra plate to be added to the bottom of your camera or video rig and secured with a 1/4” 20 screw which is not an option for my setup. Will be building a second rig with a SmallRig camera cage that has the slots for this strap and will use this strap when I invest in the new camera and cage

My puppy chewed the strap on my Canon camcorder. This was the only one I could find with silimar design. It works, but was a little tough to feed through the rings. The original strap was only 10mm wide, so at 12mm, additional force had to be applied to get the strap in place. That lack of wiggle room makes adjusting the strap not difficult than with the original Canon strap.

The strap is correctly sewn so it won't fall apart. It's insanely basic and it works perfectly. My hand gets pretty sweaty in it but it goes in literally any hand strap like this. The most important part of a strap like this is that adjustable buckle which in this case is best I've used. The bucket holds tightly and is super fast to adjust because they made it kinda big and easy to manipulate. Ideal!

I have an R5 and a small arca-swiss mount on the bottom with a strap hole in it. Overall it is setup is quick and easy but there was only ~1/4" strap remaining. I ended up buying a larger (60mm) arca-swiss mount so there was more slack on the pass through lock. ALSO you can hide an airtag in the inner pocket of the strap BUT it doesn't really fit well. I would put some adhesive velcro to keep it from sliding around and at that point it is very tight - almost uncomfortable. If only I could loosen the strap a little............. The 60mm mount should be here soon, then I'll see how much slack I get.

I often watched YouTube videos of photographers or videographers who have straps/grips on their cameras, but wasn't sure how to make that happen. Then I got a SmallRig cage for my Sony camera and was surprised how easy it was to add this grip. The confidence this devices gives me when I'm just walking around with my camera is considerable. I don't worry about someone accidentally jarring my hand or camera and watching thousands of dollars of my gear tumble to the ground. In fact, this grip SOFTENS the grip I need to have on my camera. It provides immeasurable security for this significant investment.I do like to walk around with my camera--at outdoor events or even at parties sometimes--and this grip makes it so much easier. I realize I'm blathering on about a strip of leather, but this is a nicely designed and valuable one. I was a neophyte when it came to attaching it to my cage/camera, but there are instructions on the SmallRig website that came in VERY handy.Buy one of these and experience than freedom I have!

I have used SmallRig's camera cages on the Sony a6700 cameras that I use to create video content and they have never let me down. I added this hand strap since I was going to be holding the camera during travel over rough African roads and while shooting in a run-and-gun style. The snug fit around my hand gave me a sense of security that the camera wouldn't slip from my control. I highly recommend it.

I bought this for an old Canon Rebel XT I bought for my son to use so he could learn how to operate DSLRs. The strap was a little wide but still fit onto the Canon. Unlike other reviews that said this strap slipped, as soon as I installed it correctly, this strap held very well with no slippage. This is the third, hand strap I have used on my cameras and this holds up as well as the others. I have no complaints about it.

Je vais devoir la bidouiller un brin pour l'adapter à ma cam mais ce sera 100x mieux que la sangle d'origine. Merci

I was on the fence about using a strap. I used to have one on my cameras back in the 80s and 90s. I forgot how nice it was to have the security knowing you can confidently walk around with the camera in one hand between shooting.

Siento que algunos hilos se ve que se pueden ir rompiendo con el tiempo (no se siente que va a durar mucho), pero la verdad si agregó mucho soporte al momento de cargar mi cámara con la jaula, pantalla, etc.
