I'm not going to lie, I was hesitant because of all the mixed reviews so I bought a cheaper, used one, but it turned out awesome. The clips took some thinking to understand, but the clip into the housing lip and got the light itself in leave very well. Well constructed. On my Honda Shadow bobber

Overall, this house fit the bike and looks pretty good, especially for the price. The brackets have a nice powdercoat and the hardware is stainless. My only issue is the housing itself has a very thin semi-gloss paint on the outside and was completely uncoated on the inside. There was minor surface rust so I had to sand it down and paint it before installing.Otherwise, it fit the light perfectly and I haven't had any issues with it. I installed it on a 2006 Honda Shadow and was able to fit all the wiring and relays that reside in the stock housing. The install is kind of fiddly with so many pieces to the brackets and the clips to hold the light are a pain, but once installed I've been very happy with it

I order this as an amazon prime item thinking it will take 2-3 days to get here, and I receive it a month later. Upon receiving the housing I find it comes in a blank black box, with the housing, 2 screws, and four clips, and no instructions, or even pictures. I've been messing around with it for over an hour trying to figure out how these clips hold the light in and they dont, this is a joke. Spend a little more and get something better. Do NOT buy

The easiest way to put the pin is to slide the end of one side first and then the other end and no need to put all 4 just 3 is enough.

Worked ok the clamps take a few minutes to figure out . The bucket had a few blemishes on it but it was on the bottom of the bucket so still turned out nice. The brackets are not a very good design but it worked out ok on my Honda shadow

I have yet to use this on the road as my bike is still being built however it seems to work in testing (a little loose but I am planning on adjusting it further to be more secure on the forks) and fit the headlight nice and secure.

Half decent for the money. Had to sand and paint it before installing because the factory paint sucked. Had to modify the brackets to make it fit properly
