Hmmm a collection of similar negative reviews on exactly the same day. Maybe they are legit but it seems a little suspicious to me. I really like mine although I haven't really put it through it's paces. It's labeled AUS 8 steel which I like even though it isn't a premium super high end steel. If implemented right with a good heat treat IME it is a very tough steel that is easy to sharpen. Mine was fairly sharp when I got it but is razor sharp after a couple of passes with a diamond stone and a good strop. Fit and finish looks really good. Love the blade profile. It is full tang for sure and a decent blade thickness so I don't think it will be too delicate. Time will tell but for $25 I'm very happy with it.

I don't know what it is, but it doesn't take an edge nor is it hardened correctly. Looks cool and is cheap but beware.

Great knife for daily carry. It's thick and ready for abuse. Handle is comfy. The handle scales are smooth and since I abuse the knife I used a dremmel tool to give texture to the handle so it won't slip. A solid buy. Blade and handle size is perfect for me.

I actually own both the polished and black version of this knife and when I read these low reviews without showing evidence I felt I should post my experience with the ST-24. I went outside and found a 3in diameter tree that I should’ve already taken down and chopped it down with the polished version. No chips, no rolls, no issues at all! De-limbed it and tested the tip as well- no problems. I haven’t tried batoning with it because it’s on the smaller side, but I imagine it’d be ok for some harder wood working. It held up very well for what I did with it so I’m happy! The hrc seems to be around 59-60ish like is stated, but that is testing it with a ~60hrc file so only semi accurate. I’d recommend this knife for sure!

Received my ST24 today. Very pleased with my purchase. It came extremely sharp so be warned. It weighs approx. 1/2 lb so has a bit of heft to it. I like the blade width (1.5”). A great EDC knife. Definitely recommend. The issues some had with the sheath, blade quality : I don’t agree with. I WOULD suggest the ST24 is for those w/small hands only. Overall it’s an awesome knife from Sitivien. 👍👍👍👍

The blade dulls easily, I was only using this for a week for opening boxes, packages, cutting rope, etc. and the blade is already dull, sharpened it up but I think I’ll just use this for gardening moving forward.The sheath is brutal, doesn’t hold very well and can’t get a firm lock
