This purchase made me nervous because it was expensive and frequently when buying decorative items, there’s the question of whether the item description matches. It does. I was pleasantly surprised how close it looked in real life to the pictures.The other great surprise was that there was very little waste. In ten boxes, I had maybe 2 defective boards. For a real wood product, that is incredibly good. I think I saw 2 small knots overall. Another review mentioned the square footage was incorrect but it looks like that’s been corrected because it seemed accurate to me.Another review said the strength of the boards was like paper. Incorrect, but these are only 1/4” thick. As long as the substrate is solid, eg, drywall, plywood, the overall wall strength will be fine.Lastly, note that the substrate should be smooth. I learned that the hard way by trying to stick them to my textured ceiling. Some boards fell off so I had to come back with the finish nailer but the wall is smoother and those boards are sticking great.I recommend this product. It looks great and was relatively easy to install.

This is an awesome product. Thin, easy to cut, I used my band saw but a hand saw will work, beautiful finish, no need for nails. Foam tape is very strong and your not getting this off the wall easy. But the natural wood is elegant like a sauna spa with an easy application. I love it and getting more for a second room.

It looks nice but the quality isn’t the greatest. Especially at the price they are selling these. Not all of the panels are straight so gaps may appear. The double sided tape on the panels was falling off on majority of them. I had to use my own double sided tape. The quality should be a lot better for this price.***Update****Avoid buying these they are cheap and the double sided tape just doesn’t hold up. The price you will pay isn’t worth it. They fall off after some time. Save your money and buy a different product.

Such a great product. I love the way the light and texture slightly reflects off the matte finish.I ordered a sample from another popular online brand to compare. This product was similar but the color on this product had that deeper black that I wanted, and it came in at less than 1/3 of the cost.The product was unexpectedly light weight and easy to work with. The adhesive tape was super sticky, .... almost too sticky. Once it touches the wall good luck getting it off without breaking them. The boards were a little brittle on smaller cuts.Tips: Plan. Measure measure measure and remeasure. Backroll a dark base color on darker finishes. Use a laser level. Cut with a good quality sharp saw blade. Stain your cuts. Add +10% material for mistakes. Don't cut everything all at once. work in sections. I cut one column at a time. did i mention to measure?

The good-These look good, and are very easy to install.The bad-They have a strange burned smell to them- so we are hoping that goes away.The really bad-You DO NOT receive 15sqft per box! I measured our space MULTIPLE TIMES! These are $80/box so I wanted to make sure. We needed 5.96 boxes- ok buy 6 boxes and we should have leftover- NOPE! We are short by 28”! We used EVERY SINGLE BIT. Used every scrap! This is extremely frustrating when you spend almost $500 on decorative boards!They have these boards being 6”x3’, you get 10 boards per box- so that WOULD be 15sqft. Here’s the problem, the boards are actually 5 3/8” x 35 7/8”. When you are doing a whole wall and 60 pieces those bits add up!! And no, I wasn’t going to order a whole extra box when I didn’t even need 6 total boxes. These are completely manufactured- they should be exactly 6” x 36”! This is not a 2x4 that we all know are actually 1.5x3.5!So, we are short 1 board! Talk about frustrating!

Easy to put up. The hardest part was with attaching the panel to the wall. Once adhesive is peeled off, you better make sure placement is absolutely perfect because there is NO chance of giggling or shifting to level or fit. The adhesive rips and shreds Sheetrock so find a good method of getting process down, level, and in the offset pattern you want. Otherwise I am so incredibly happy with the simple addition that transformed a small bedroom. I originally ordered 2 boxes (full price) and quickly realized there wasn't enough. I went to place another order and price was HALF OFF! wish they had price adjustments. Would have saved me a lot of money!
