Unit is pretty heavy. I bought it to complete a major cabinet build in a bedroom that remains undone. I played with firing some 2” brads into some junk wood, and it fired brads fully to flush depth in some pretty hard pine 2x4s. Don’t know if it will hold up, and it is very bulky for hard to reach spaces, but works fine so far with plenty of power. One thing that is not well thought out is the light, actually 2 LEDs, one on each side of tip. They work great for seeing what you’re doing, but there is a trigger that I thought was a safety switch that had to be pressed before main firing trigger. Turns out that it only operates the lights, and the lights stay on for almost 30 seconds after releasing button. The button is located right where you pick the unit up to carry it at the balance point of the handle, so you tend to hit the light switch repeatedly when carrying the nailer around.

This came packed with its own durable carrying case, instead of in a paper box!Very nice.Husband is going to use it for a trim job soon

Deception!This “tool” does not work properly… 1) Contact firing does not work at all, 2) The tool destroys the wood surface when it works (it would be only good enough if you paint the material after), 3) It does not always sink enough and misfires even on soft wood like pine, 4) It is extremely heavy for what it is… But I must say it looks very cool. Stay away…

Very easy to use...simple directions.. Little heavier than I thought..but overall works quite well... and the batteries ( 2 ) seem to last a long time between charges
