As a stay-at-home mom of four active kids, finding durable and comfortable athletic wear is a must. These Runhit volleyball shorts have been a fantastic addition to my daughters' sports wardrobe. These dancer shorts are amazing! They are incredibly well made featuring a polyester-spandex blend that’s both soft and moisture-wicking. I bought them for my daughter to wear during her competitive dance season, and they’ve been perfect for keeping her comfortable and dry while she works on her routines. The fabric feels great against her skin and really helps with movement.I love that the shorts are a bit longer in length, so I don’t have to worry about her exposing anything during dance tricks or leg moves. The design is really thoughtful, with no tags to irritate her skin, and the stretch of the material allows her to hit all of her moves without feeling restricted.The V-shaped cut-out on the waistband is a nice touch, it adds a little bit of flair and attitude to what could have been just plain black shorts. While these shorts do have a similar fit at the hips and in the butt, the inseam is longer than traditional volleyball shorts making them a more modest option. However, the fit in the legs was a little odd feeling looser in the top of the thigh and a little tighter at the hemline. The cross waist offers a touch of cute and comfort as well.

I got these for my daughter to wear at gymastics practices as she was needing another pair of shorts. She's happy with them, so I'm happy with them. They are good length for her. Not booty shorts but also not so long they are bothersome during practice. She wears an 11-12. I got the large, and they fit great. So far they seem very durable and have not pilled after being washed and dried which is a great thing because that can tend to happen with some spandex shorts.

My daughter is about 50 in tall and 50 lb... It fits her quite well. It has survived a couple different washings with no unraveling. My daughter found it quite comfortable, and wears is it around the house. It's not loose or baggy....just right for a relatively thin 8 year-old.

this short is soft and comfortable. it is also stretchy , good material. it fits me well, true to size. very convenient and practical for my gym.

The criss- cross waistband is adorable and nice for not pinching on the stomach or being too tight around the waist. I'd say the leg holes feel a bit tight but the waist seems just fine. So depending on the size of your daughter I'd size up. These type of workout clothing seems like stretch out over time so maybe after continually wash and wear it will loosen up a bit.

My daughter is in theatre and needed a new pair of shorts to go under her costume for backstage changes. These are great! As dance shorts (as opposed to regular "bike" shorts), these are a slicker material, which is necessary to keep her costume from clinging. I also like that they are a little longer; too many dance shorts for girls are way shorter than they need to be.
