Product Description

Peel and stick planks

This is 100% naturally weathered reclaimed wood with peel and stick backing

This is made in the USA. This wood is full of character with knotholes, nail holes, dents, and dings that make it stand apart from anything you can buy in the big box stores!

This is not new wood made to look old! These boards are beautiful and naturally aged - giving your wall a much more authentic barnwood look. We do not paint or stain the boards. Each piece of wood is unique and will have color variations, along with nail holes, knotholes, and all the rustic character you need to make your wall beautiful!

Each box will have color variations of naturally weathered grey tones that have aged in the elements over time. Each piece of wood has aged individually, but it will be similar.

I can not say enough about this product and the customer service from Rockin' Wood. My expectations were far exceeded. The wood is absolutely beautiful and easy to install yourself. I installed in one afternoon. Just to give a quick shout out to their customer service: Amazon Prime initially mislabeled one of my orders at the shipping facility (An error on Amazon's part, not Rockin' Woods). I immediately spoke with Tye from Rockin' Wood who went above and beyond to make sure I received my correct order and was completely happy. I received my additional shipment a day later and they even let me keep the previous shipment at no extra charge rather than inconvenience me to ship it back. I can't say enough about how friendly and accommodating they are. They truly care about the customer's experience. I've already recommended them to all my friends and family. As for the product: The wood is beautiful. All different types of grains and textures. I stained a few of the boards different shades of brown to pull in some of the warmer tones of my living room since normal barnwood grays can have a cooler note. It was quick and easy. I also chose to leave the wood edges exposed when I installed and went over them with a stain pen that unified the color on both sides- A quick easy tip. I included some before and after pictures. I highly recommend the product to anyone who wants to add an authentic rustic barnwood feel to their home and an affordable price and in a time efficient manner.

So I like this product. It sticks VERY well. If you stick this on... good luck getting it off easily. No issues getting the backing of the adhesive off. Hardest part was using my jigsaw to cut around my outlets. I have this installed on a bedroom wall behind my TV and fireplace. From the pictures you can see the browns and the greys. It turned out beautiful. Make sure you have a saw of some sorts to cut it however a handsaw would work fine. This is thin wood. I had 65 square feet needed and I ordered the 43 and 26 kits. I had about a square foot left. The pieces that came were in good shape, none broken, and its interesting to see that the pieces that had holes on them from knots etc... had a form of black construction paper taped to the back of it. It works and I have no issues with that. I would order this again in a heartbeat. I still think its semi expensive but its easy to work with and easy to install. Just have a plan and make sure to measure well!

I've been wanting to redecorate my room for years now, and I finally found the motivation to do it. I opted for this peel and stick wood because im easily distractable and wanted to hammer the project out as quickly as possible before I lost interest.A lot of reviews complained about the price of the product. I ignored them all because that's the price you have to pay for quality and convenience. While it's definitely convenient, the quality is absolutely absolutely abysmal!First off, the color range is all over the place. Most were a nice patinaed gray, but about 1/4 of them are a warm yellow-brown and stick out like a sore thumb even when you make sure to evenly distribute them.Second, the boards are warped and uneven, providing for significant gaps between boards. The only way to make these match up right is to hand cut each one, which completely defeats the purpose of having them be an easy peel-and stick.Third, there are huge knots missing plugs in a 1/4 of the boards. Knots WITH the plugs would have been fine, but the holes reveal the tape underneath, and it looks atrocious. Finally, some of the boards are so warped that they've come detached from the wall (and yes, I did thoroughly wash my wall first). Most of the pieces are EXTREMELY sticky, to the point where I'll probably have to re-sheetrock if I ever chose to take it down, but I'm going to have to go back through with a nail gun on several boards to keep them stuck. For how much these boards cost, I'm shocked at the complete lack of quality control. My 13 year old could have done a better job of selecting boards. Do yourself a favor--spend a few extra hours using real pallet wood and doing it the right way the first time like I wish I had done.

Overall, I’m pleased with this product so far.The good: The adhesive on the back is STRONG. This stuff isn’t coming off the wall once you put it on. You don’t have to worry about it coming off unexpectedly. It’s also very beautiful. Each piece of wood is a slightly different color, so it gives your project a very natural, worn look. The product is also very easy to use! To do this much of our project, it took probably 15 mins. The hardest part is peeling off the adhesive backing, which can be hard because it’s so sticky. The not so good: I don’t understand why this product is so expensive. We paid $185 to get what you see in the picture. I feel like for the price, they should offer more wood. This wood isn’t anything super special. It looks like scraps taken from a lumber yard and then cut to size. Don’t get me wrong, I’m pleased with the product, but why so expensive? If you want to finish anything other than a small project, be prepared to spend anywhere between $350-$500. And for that much, you could probably do cooler things than slap some old wood on your wall.

Loved this product! It is real barn board and the fact that it was peel and stick made installation super easy to do. Very happy with the finished results. Would order it again and again.
