This item is just OK. It does not seem to be heavy duty to me. There are no instation instructions so I pretty much guessed.

The stand alone spring really takes the cake for how this system works. I've never seen it before but it makes a difference for natural open/close operations. The door hasn't been blown open and damaged since this was installed.

Pot luck installing without instructions. Only get one shot then left with unwanted holes. Also missing installation screws.
