I got this for layering in winter, it goes over my hi viz t-shirt, and under my hi viz jacket. Lets me stay in hi viz as the day warms up. It's way comfortable, love it. The reflective stripes are iron-on and made up from little rectangles, so they aren't tight, and they won't crack as the shirt gets older. The whole shirt stretches like the stripes aren't even there. I'm very happy, next I am going to get the black bottom shirt and the hoodie.Great shirt!

These shirts have no stretch due to the reflective strips, best to order one size bigger of you are not sure.

I got this for my husband. He's using it for work. The reflective works and he said this sweater is better than having to wear those orange vests.
