My granddaughter has two cockatiels. They love to fly down to the floor and walk around. Getting them back into the cage has been a problem. We needed a longer ladder. Now, they can climb back into their cage when they want to. Happy birds, happy granddaughter!

Was packed and sealed this way. The missing pieces were not in the bag. But the ones that are still in place are ridiculous. Noting there to keep in place.

My Conure, Guac, loved this ladder for the whole 5 minutes it lasted. Fastest thing he's ever destroyed. Would give 0 stars for durability, but the experience of watching him go ham was worth the money.

Ladder arrives with splinters, and the plastic pins that hold the hinges together keep falling out. The pins are small enough to be swallowed by birds. Considering who the manufacturer is I expected a lot better quality than what I received. This is going back for a refund.

I was not able to find a ladder for my bird locally but I found it online on Amazon. The communication from the selling was excellent and needless to say my bird has chewed to his he as arts content.

Wanted to put into my bird's cage so he could climb from the top to the botom of his large cage. It had tobe put together and was missing 2 pieces to hold the rungs together. Had to find makeshift fasteners and use crazy glue for temporary sustanability (defeating the idea of flexibility) I have probably written negative reviews two times in my life from the thousands of products I have purchased in my lifetime and unfortunately this product has to be one of the worst ever. Extremely disappointed. I like the IDEA of the product and the colorful component.
