Initially, while assembling these hot tub steps I was dismayed at the thinness of the metal on the step (leg) braces. However, after getting these fully assembled - I was pleasantly surprised that these really are quite stable and support a good amount of weight.The instructions are a little complicated, but I was able to get this assembled after carefully reading and re-reading the instructions to make sure I had the correct bolts selected.Overall, I'm quite happy with these steps and their quality.

The instructions were pretty hard to understand. The hardware was cheap and I had two screws stripped out just trying to screw them in. It would be a lot better if they would use better hardware.This assumes you've got a wooden cabinet to screw this set of steps to. My unit is molded and there's no place to screw anything too. The steps are small- if you're a big person or have wide hips, you might have difficulties with these. I do.
