i like it but normally i don't buy biaural headsets because i don't like both my ears covered. My job said I had to buy one like this. Also this is pricey. I normally buy the real cheap headset even though they last a year or less. Hopefully this will last longer. I like the swivel of the headsets and the controls. HOWEVER, the mute doesn't work. This is REALLY ANNOYING to me. There is no info on how to use the mute properly either. There is a button that lights up green on the control but i don't know what that means. Even when i cover the mic people said that they can still hear me. This is frustrating because I don't know what to do to mute this when i need to.

The mic does not work. Whenever I talk, it echoes for receivers. Mic is not good.Even for listening, the voice is not clear

I’m really impressed with the Plantronics Poly Blackwire 5220 Stereo Headphones. One of the standout features is the versatility of the different plug options. You can use them as regular 3.5mm jack headphones or with the USB-C or USB-A plug, which is incredibly convenient. The microphone quality is excellent, and it does a good job of cutting out background noise—though it could be slightly better, especially in noisy environments. However, for the price, the performance is outstanding. The sound quality is fantastic, and I can wear them for long hours without feeling any discomfort, as they don’t feel restrictive or tight. Overall, a great value for the price!

Das Mikrofon ist sehr gut. Der Kopfhörer Sitz angenehm. Das Kabel nervt ein bisschen, aber das war ja vorher klar bei einem kabelgebunden Headset. Dafür keine Abzüge!

Das beste Headset was ich je genutzt habe. Super zufrieden, angenehm zu tragen, drückt nicht und man kann die Größe anpassen.

Ich hatte früher einige Headsets von Sennheieser, die auch gut waren, aber hier bestätigen mir Kunden beim täglichen telefonieren, das die Sprachqualität deutliche besser ist, als mit den bisherigen Headsets.Die Ohrpolster sind sehr angenehm zu tragen und auch die Polsterung des Kopfbügels gefällt mir sehr gut. (mit Glatze ist das noch einmal eine andere Wertigkeit bei der Benutzung)
