The terrine was much smaller than I expected and it was miss the ladle. I was very disappointed. Especially for such a high priced item.

Hi, I returned the soup dish back to you on May 4th to UPS as indicated on the return label. They said that you would have gotten prove of the drop off when the package was scanned. I was giving a receipt as prove. It was package the same way I received it in bubble wrap in perfect condition. Now I am waiting for my account to be credited back the funds. The dish is beautiful with gold trim. This is perfect when you have family and friends over. It would make the dinner table stand out. Buy one for your next dinner. I remember these as a child. I would have kept mine if the ladle was with it. I was told the that they sent me an email indicating a missing ladle. I didn't see that otherwise, I would not have gotten it. Enjoy yours, I will purchase one with the ladle. Thank you,

Just received in multiple order of several cooking dishes & the Pamper Bay Gold porcelain tureen & ladle was the only piece that was insufficiently poorly protected in it’s box - tureen handled cracked & ladle tip broken off - notified Pamper Bay - waiting in their response
