Great bench especially for the price. I bought for legs mostly. It is surprisingly good quality for the price. Sturdy metal construction. The cushion covering leaves a bit to be desired but overall a very good value.

Needed an adjustable workout bench with the option for leg exercises and this fit the need perfectly. It was pretty easy to put together, had it done in the time it took to do 5 sets each of regular and hammer curls and just in time to use the isolation rest for preacher curls. For the money it's a pretty good bench.

For the price this is a great purchase. I’m in my 40’s and don’t like waiting at the gym for people who just sit on the leg machines!I weigh about 150 pounds and I’m 5’6- perfect for me!!

The pieces are heavy duty stainless steel. And the bolts hold it together real tight like so there's no squishy squashy rickety rack. It's all solid. And the cush is firm and comfy. Also love having the option of decline and leg ext/curl. For $150 this is a no brainer.

Perfect but for the fact that if you have longer legs, the bench is not high enough to allow free swing of legs on weight exercises.
