This is hands down the cutest cat scratcher house we've ever had.It didn't include instructions, but I found it was fairly intuitive to put together. A little tricky with the top portion until I recalled it should fold similarly to a dairy carton, and it does! It includes two plastic bolts/brands for securing the lip of the carton at the top.It also includes two scratchers, one for now and one for later. The scratcher fits inside the house, though not exactly. It's probably about a half an inch smaller than the dimensions of the house floor, so sometimes there's a little bit of slide to the scratcher when my cat first starts using it.The house does in fact have a floor, which makes the catnip included with this house less messy compared to others we've tried.And of course, the aesthetics of the whole thing cannot be ignored. We have a black and white "cow" cat, and seeing him play inside a house that matches the "theme" of his fur is just too perfect!
