The nose ring firs perfect , the heart is very tiny i think 3mm . The length is good. I turn green real fast and easily I've worn this now for about 2 weeks and not green at all I can tell this nose ring real 14K gold. The heart shape Is really cute I highly recommend this item and I will buy other shape in the future. Love it !!!!

I ordered 3 piecesRound shape is 3mmHeart shape 3mmAfrican map 3mmI changed this nugget nose ring one a week. I love it.They are real 14K gold , I'm very allergic to wear things if Not Real gold.The post length I assume 22 gauge is correctly advertise with 7mm length bone end. Overall I recommend this item to all my friend.Will buy more if this get lost somewhere.

The stem could’ve been longer and it came out easily. Any wrong movement and it’s so small it’s gone when it drops
