I have a Paso Fino mare who does not react well to a bit any longer. I have a Dr. Cook's bitless bridle which I like a lot, but my horse got injured on the side of her cheekbone and this bridle provided less pressure on the side of her face. I am very pleased with it. I did have to punch a few more holes in it, but that's no big deal. My horse took to the bridle right away with no issues.

I got this for my haflinger who is 15.2 but has a large head, and I could get it on him but it was too small even on the last hole…i couldn't get it up high enough and the chin strap was waaay to tight… but its is nicely made and he did respond very well to it even with it being ill fitting.

This halter was too large for my mustang would probably work better for draft horses.

Sidepull bridle is sized way wrong. Bridle itself is long enough to fit a large/draft horse, but the noseband barely fits around a pony’s nose. Would have returned if I had poked holes in the bridle to make it fit a normal sized horse. Waste of money.
