I'm still new to turning and wanted a cheap live center before committing to a more expensive one. This certainly fits the bill. It isn't amazing and the build quality is suspect but for it's hard to argue for the price. If you are looking for precision or high quality fit snd finish look elsewhere, but if you need a cheap live center and can put up with some inconsistencies then this will probably do the trick

Buy one with a better bearing. Inner race is loose in outer race. 0.01" clearance measured near point.

Product did not work. Had to replace twice and both had bad bearings. Would give zero stars if possible.
