Ordered a 2pack, received a single. Ring shows no evidence e of anyone approaching my front step between drop-off and my wife picking up the package.Zero stars would be too many. Ice scraper is completely useless

This thing did not last even a month before bending to the will of the ice, do not be fooled by the Michilin name.

The scraper end wasn't very efficient and when it broke, I was glad to move to another better cleaning snow brush. It extends to a good length, but the locking mechanism is never tight enough and the brush tends to rotate. The brush is wide and the fibers get icy which can scratch the paint. Look for something better.

Took it out and with one brush stroke on the windshield snow, the handle broke. Would not buy again.
