The valve looks well made. I plan on installing tomorrow. The delivery drive did not follow delivery instructions though. They are supposed to deliver to the leasing office. It's in my profile. Fortunately I was going out the door a few moments after it was delivered. I live in an apartment complex, and porch bandits abound in this neighborhood.
