I purchased this ski bag as a replacement for my non rolling one. I used it for the first time on a flight to/from Colorado and and very very impressed. The bag is well padded and has rugged wheels for lugging it around. I prefer the design of this, where the skis lie flat, as opposed to bags where the skis are placed bottom to bottom. (With those, I put a bit of padding at the points where the skis touch each other at the top and bottom. With this design, that's not necessary). When packing, I retracted the ski brakes with straps, but I did that for transport with my previous bag as well. I typically wrap some clothes around my skis for extra protection on a plane, but with this bag that isn't really needed (though, being extra protective, I did anyway). It does have a good amount of space for clothing and accessories. When I first unpacked the ski bag I didn't think I'd like the storage compartments as I previously packed clothing around my skis for protection. But, when I packed my skis for the trip, I realized that the compartments were actually very handy and useful and could store a lot more than my previous bag.

I'm pretty impressed with the quality and durability of this bag. I've had some hit and miss experiences but this one is pretty solid for a good price. It's less expensive than one of my name band bags but much thicker and durable material. At first i was worried about the size of the bag because it looks standard but is actually shorter than my skis, but then i noticed that it has a little expansion compartment at the end that unzips and adds like 4 more inches. My 108cm skis fit just fine in that case and the nice thing is both ends of the bat are square/flat so it leaves room as well compared to bags with a rounded design at the top where you might have to squeeze things in.I'm not sure how i feel about the 3 compartments. With most bags, i'd just put all of my stuff around the skis in the big open compartment. With this one, you have the three pockets which are pretty deep and good for organizing stuff compared to it floating around. The downside is that they expand inside rather than outside. So technically that could leave less room for stuff and what i noticed is if you have skis in there, the compartments kind of sit on top of them which could also further limit space. It's the trade-off between organization and maybe an extra inch of two of space. The wheels are large and pretty durable looking. The roll easily and the carrying handle is pretty wide so it provides an easy grip if you're wheeling this through a city like Tokyo which, trust me, is not easy.

So I got this because my daughter loves skiing and my dad has been saying he is going to buy her her own set. So we are prepared for that to happen! She will have the nicest ski bag out of ALL the kids in the ski club at her school! I watch as people unload their skis from the bottom of the twinkie bus and it makes me cringe, how people don’t have their skis and snowboards properly stored!!With this bag, I know ALL of her stuff will be safe. I will however be asking her to lock it up to something somehow, because this really is a bag to be envied! So just be careful with that part LOL. I love all the areas and compartments. She will easily be able to fit her helmet, snow pants, gloves, hand warmers, portable charger, ski mask, and anything else in addition to the skis and boots! This really is an All in ONE bag! Which is VERY helpful when going to the slopes, I can’t wait to hear how nice it was to just be able to conveniently roll or carry on her shoulder, ALL of her ski stuff! I will update this review after she actually gets to use it for skis! So far, from all we have seen after checking it out thoroughly, is that this is incredibly well made, from the fabric to the craftsmanship, this could not be made any better than it is!

Overall, this ski and snowboard bag has a lot to like. The material is heavy duty - really tough fabric which will be nearly impossible to tear or rip. The bag itself is very roomy, big enough for two skis and poles. There is a end cap that is expandable, which is great for longer skis or holding more gear, and zips up to make the bag slightly more compact when not in use. I love the wheels, they make it so much easier to roll this through the airport while traveling, and they are big, tough and really heavy duty. There are tons of pockets, and hold points at various locations around the bag, making it easy to grab and transport. Two things I don't love - one, the zippers. The pulls feel too light weight, and they really need to be treated with care, and this is a bit of a disappointment. Secondly, the logo on the outside is big and not very appealing, but this is obviously more a look thing than anything. At the value point, there is a lot to like with this, so I am happy and am sure it will last a long time as long as the zippers are cared for.

This travel bag is the real deal. Your gear will arrive safely and securely.Lots of padding to keep everything protected. There are extra storage compartments which serve as more padding. Throw some socks, shirts, hats etc in there to save space in your other bags. The zippers are well made and the fabric appears to withstand the abuse of baggage handlers. The wheels roll well and combined with the various grab handles you will be transporting to and from your car with ease.I expect to get a lifetime of use from this bag and I fly on ski trips every year.

This is the ultimate ski bag that fits boots gear and clothes along with with your skis. Love carrying only one bag rather than a ski and a boot bag,
