Lizard Skins Grip Boost Batting Gel

The Lizard Skins Grip Boost batting gel is a quick drying, alcohol-based gel that gives batters the extra grip and superior bat control they need without the mess of other grip enhancers. It works by applying a thin tacky polymer layer to the palm of the glove. It’s clear, easy to clean and doesn’t leave any residue. Performance is not dependent on temperature and the tackiness can be reactivated by moisture.

The Grip Boost batting gel is amazing! I've never really been a pine tar user, but when the weather is cold and it's tough to get a grip on your bat, you have to do something. I've seen teammates struggle with pine tar, especially when it gets cold out or it gets dirty. I've used Grip Boost in both hot and cold weather and it works amazing both ways! And it also doesn't get nearly as dirty as pine tar. Highly recommended!

What they fail to tell you is that the batting gloves need to be brand new for them to work. I have put about half of the bottle on my son's batting glove and they have gotten mildly sticky if anything. I am returning these and just opting for pine tar. Good try Lizard skin, great idea but maybe I just got a bad batch?
